The Louisville Sustainability Council and Louisville Metro Government have partnered to launch a solarize campaign called Solar Over Louisville to offer Louisville residents a discount on the price of installing solar energy. This effort will help reduce the upfront costs that can be a barrier to entry for many residents who may otherwise be interested in installing solar panels on their home. Julie Donna will announce the exciting details of this new campaign and share how it fits into Louisville’s goal of community-wide 100% clean energy by 2040.
Solar Over Louisville will provide a discounted, wholesale rate to those interested and does the hard work of vetting a high-quality solar installer.
