Maple-Tapping Workshop

Meet us at UL’s Garden Commons for our long-awaited Maple-Tapping Workshop!

This workshop will be led by Dave Barker. He will take us on a walking tour around UL’s central campus to tap our maple trees. That being said, wear your walking shoes and dress warmly!

If you have to head out a little early, no worries at all. And if you can’t make it but would still love to learn about the process, reach out to Savannah Dowell (smdowe01@louisville.edu) to become one of our sap volunteers!

We are beyond excited for our first workshop of 2024! As always, all students, staff and faculty, and community members are more than welcome to participate. Bring your friends—we’ll see you there!
