Metropolitan Housing Coalition (MHC) is hosting a release event for the 2024 State of Metropolitan Housing Report (SMHR)!

The 2024 Report focuses on zoning and land use and ongoing land development code reform efforts in Louisville. Communities nationwide are starting to reform zoning laws to allow for middle housing. This shift towards more equitable and inclusive housing policies could help address the housing crisis in Louisville and Jefferson County.
