Interfaith Environmental Advocacy Network
the Interfaith Environmental Advocacy Network (IEAN) is a new initiative that brings congregations and faith organizations together to provide support for each other's efforts to address the climate crisis, share lessons learned, and craft a shared policy advocacy agenda and strategy. One goal of this network will be to cultivate the collective voice of the faith communities of Louisville in order to leverage our collective power to impact on the city's efforts towards environmental justice. The funds we're seeking from the Louisville Sustainability Council will help cover the costs of a 1/2 day facilitated meeting to help the IEAN Identify a set of advocacy goals, an agenda, and a strategy.
